Singapore Arts Festival- Some events don’t involved volunteers or staffs interacting with visitors but instead the performers do the job. Take for example, the “Glittering Bestiary” which is an art on the move from the outside of Orchard Mrt to Ngee Ann city. Performers went around “disturbing” passer-by or even taking pictures with them. This is to get them participate in the move.
